We needed help filing our income taxes this year. My partner had an issue with his social security number. Social Security had issued him two different numbers. We also moved back to West Virginia from Virginia in 2020 but had a hard time getting his residency changed at his job. Not sure who to call, because of past experiences with the other major Income Tax Preparers, we gave Tax Webb a call. Melissa was courteous and helpful, and she assured us they could take care of our problems. We went in for our appointment and met with Ralph. We had our problems resolved and taxes filed in about 45 minutes. Fast, efficient, and courteous. Plus, the cost was more than reasonable. We would have paid a lot more going to one of the well-known national tax service companies. Highly recommend Tax Webb, we will use them again next year.
